I've been thinking a lot about that bumper sticker which says "everything looks like a conspiracy theory when you don't understand how anything works" and folks it's pretty obvious to me that the people in power right now have absolutely no desire to understand how anything works.
The man is human pollution, America's id. The international community is going to rally against this country to make sure we're hurt for decades because of all of this and we'll have deserved it.

Few people know 230 as well as Mike
Democracy is burning, and we need sites like Bluesky more than ever. And Senator Durbin wants to repeal 230, which would massively stifle the ability of sites like Bluesky to exist, while massively empowering X and Meta.
Why?
It seems that someone in his office doesn't understand 230.
We also used to fly paper planes and throw around apples. Goofy adolescent shit. It was always amusing to push someone's desk until the teacher barked, "What are you doing back there?" I won't say I recommend Detention Hall, but I met a lot of cool people there.
This is performative nonsense of “hardcore” tech nincompoops. They could put people in nearby hotels or Airbnbs for a lot less. It’s all cosplaying intense workaholism for the cheap seats and all for PR. Sleeping bags at work is simply dumb www.politico.com/news/2025/03...
People don’t ask each other what’s crack-a-lackin like they used to
I'm not Christian, but if I had never learned anything about it over the years, today I would assume that all Jesus talked about is whose genitals people touched with their own.

I try not to criticize anybody who broadcasts live -- there's a reason I don't do it -- but of course there never was any such thing as an "EV Mandate."
Rep. Lisa McClain on CNN next to a ticker showing the stock market tanking for the third day this week: "It is going to take some unconventional methods to get us out of the mess we've been in the past four years with the EV mandates, with unfair trade. This shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone."
Hot tip: The electorate doesn’t like politicians because they retroactively change positions to last year’s dementia grandma Facebook meme.
They like people who proactively take stands. That’s what people mean by strength.
It’s almost irrelevant what you’re talking about. Nobody likes a worm.
that’ll teach them 👍
House Democrats sing “We Shall Overcome” following Rep. Al Green’s censure:
i’m sorry, i’m tired of this shit. there was no pronoun policing. i have encountered exactly three or four land acknowledgments in like ten years, and the most you’ll hear about “intersectionality” is in liberal nonprofits. this is just freefloating resentment masquerading as analysis.
Elissa Slotkin told Tim Alberta why her response to Trump's joint address did not touch on a laundry list of priorities from various advocacy groups.

What?!?!! WHY?
So far NINE DEMOCRATS vote to censure Al Green
You know what's definitely not part of the American Dream? All of us paying higher taxes on food and other necessities so billionaires like Secretary Bessent can get a bigger tax handout.
Andrew Cuomo kicked his 30-year-old daughter out of her Manhattan apt so he could claim NYC residency.
Here's how she spun it at his campaign launch: “ As a person who just spent several months looking for a new apartment, I can tell you there's not enough affordable housing."
The 1950s ocean liner SS United States will be sunk to the bottom of the sea, where it will become an artificial reef.
In today’s episode, we dive into the science of artificial reefs.

Trump's victory, I've read, has ushered in a new era where people don't have to be so careful about saying the right words or saying what's on their mind. And yet you wouldn't know it listening to CEOs being asked about the tariffs.
We will be releasing some more tickets to my special taping in Chicago very soon. Likely today or tomorrow. I will post as soon as they go online. There will be a significant number; couple of hundred at the very least. The taping is on March 15th btw.
If you cut out some of the monkey stock footage, the 3 current White Lotus S3 episodes could be edited into the opening 10 mins of a pretty decent 1-hour drama.
Good stuff 👇🏻👇🏻

(ignore if you don't like moral philosophy)
Rather than making all choices through one framework like "utilitarianism" or "virtue ethics", I favor the idea of a moral parliament. The idea is you may have genuinely conflicting values, and you can treat it as a kind of vote. 🧵
