This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

When I play a MIDI file (or an MP3, doesn't matter) on this sound card, the UI shows me that time is passing in the song (both the horizontal scroll thing and the minute:second thing), but that visualizer for current loudness stays "empty".
Sorry for the bad description, I lack some terminology.
