FYI staged publishes in npm will show up in npmx & pnpm as a trust downgrade but they're not afaict.
Problem is that the publisher is now the person who approved it, rather than npm's trusted publisher account.
It needs fixing on npm's end I think. Probably means we need to publish new versions
