This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

Mobile library seems to be run by volunteers. No real interest in books or how the library management system works. Book not here? “Not my problem.” No disrespect to them, if they just want to get out the house and drive a big vehicle around but it’s no replacement for employed library assistants.
