This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

Econ has some ML gems. One of my favorite's is Sandroni's sweeping result that no empirical test can distinguish an informed from an uninformed forecaster. I teach it in my ML class: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7OAIx8tPESQ But it is presented as negative, when it is in fact a sweeping positive result.
