This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

We'll have to see how the React Foundation works out in practice, but I see really good intent behind its creation, and that bodes well.
Also thrilled at discussions about getting the community involved in collaborating on the React docs and in working groups! This is exactly what I've hoped for!
