This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

I have a tool that outputs directories of HTML and images and want to make a portable file format that can be read by a downstream parser built into a web component, similar to how .lottie does things. This makes projects built by the upstream tool easier to manage and build tooling around.
