This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

I think OP's intentions were pretty pure until they felt they were mistreated by AWS. So many people end up taking to social media in those instances so in my opinion it was mostly fine.
