one lb of fat has 3500 calories, 155lbs*3500calories per pound/21 days is the expected calorie deficit to get those results... keep a calorie deficit of 25,833 per day for 21 days and you can achieve that... not eating at all and excercising your ass off is almost 1/10th of that.
