This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

Early Procreate work for my old Wally painting :)
On PC I have big reference files open in Photoshop; harder to achieve on the smaller iPad, but still possible to get the necessary frogs in play.
