This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

Adjusting the Tempest a bit and making the drone replacement time 5 seconds was definitely too much, it was casually swatting destroyers with that. 10 seconds, though, feels like it may be be pretty good - enough so there's good uptime on the drones, but not as overwhelming. Hmm.
