This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

There were practical aspects in that there wasn’t any prior art to learn from, structural barriers in that I answered to those who were against it, and internal challenges from those who would have to cede power. Being trustworthy to our workers amidst that was very difficult, despite doing my best.
