This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

Also, looks like some folks have a different estimate on the pricing difference, where I said 100x it may be 30x or even 15x (I was looking at a specific workload but maybe it’s not typical? Will double-check my math.) Even if it’s only 10x, that would still be a huge leap.
