This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

Well that's the thing, right? People whose jobs require a lot of exposure, and who can't afford to take sick leave, are (in my experience) much more likely to mask than the average. It's a pretty straightforward cost/benefit thing!
