A Helix Nebula Deep Field
This stunning image captures the Helix Nebula (NGC 7293), a nearby planetary nebula shaped like an eye. Formed from the remains of a dying star, it glows due to intense radiation from its core. Taken over 12 hours with a telescope in Greece.
