TAPPER: Trump wants to send checks from the Medicare Improvement Fund, which the CBO says is supposed to be used for insurance programs. Do you have concerns about that?
RICK SCOTT: I'm sure it's gonna have to be used the right way or they won't be able to do it. Somebody will stop them.
