This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

I'm going to document the KDC proxy as a *hard requirement* for RD Gateway Kerberos authentication since that's pretty much what it is with the current hardcoded behavior. I haven't found a clever API hooking strategy to fix this on a per-session basis in the RDP ActiveX
