This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

Another thing to look at for JetBrains is BYOK support. I haven't tried it, but at least you can use the same kind of IDE integration without necessarily paying for the tokens from JetBrains: https://blog.jetbrains.com/ai/2025/12/bring-your-own-key-byok-is-now-live-in-jetbrains-ides/
