This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

A few things motivate this:
* raw UDP packets can get lost in transmission. Which means no holepunch 4 u. QUIC gets us ACK’d packets.
* encryption is a good thing.
