Technical details: The flaw exists in /boafrm/formWsc (function sub_457C5C). Improper bounds checking of the “save_apply” parameter leads to a stack-based buffer overflow (CWE-121 / CWE-119). The attack can be launched remotely if the management interface is accessible.
