Strongly agree here. The Westlaw headnotes are so, so merger-riffic; they're the Meshwerks of legal analysis. If the 3D car models in the Meshwerks case were unprotectable because their purpose was to represent the shapes of cars as accurately as possible, headnotes are that for caselaw.
