The admin is illegally paying TSA (& others) w/ OBBBA funds. Under their "reasoning," §90007 could be used by a future D POTUS to fund clean energy projects. Climate change risks mass migration, & under Economy Act, we DOE maybe can do better, so reimburse them for climate activities? Gimme a break!
