This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

On the other hand, I feel like there is some eerie use for LLMs which might be something new. Like how Man-Ray had photograms, or Hockney making other images out of polaroids. It feels sort of weirdly essentialist to say any tool couldn't be used by an artist in ways I can't imagine.
