This last year, we got an unexpected and immediate $1M increase in our healthcare costs as a company. In meeting with the brokers, they just assumed we'd start slashing benefits. We didn't, we still cover literally everything we can. But we shouldn't be pushed towards that bullshit. It's so broken.
