This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

The other thing: just be a person. I let people know it's just me, I made this for my kids, I sign emails with my name. When someone's frustrated I might say "sorry, I was with my kids all weekend."
You'd be surprised how often that turns things around.
