This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

As an undergrad I built an extension for Xorg that let you create new input drivers (mouse, tablet, etc.) in separate processes, with whatever tooling you wanted. The little input driver daemons communicated with the Xorg extension via named pipes. The idea was inspired by Mach :)
