This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

The maze has been prepared, and both the ghosts and Pac-Man have their animation files set up.
Next up is coding basic movement... which I will probably save for when my wrists are fully healed, for obvious reasons.
