This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

Here's a thought. Gacha games should come with a single-player only mode where they give you infinite currency and just lock you out of all the competitive features in the game. I'd play that. I'd play like dozens of games like that.
