Went over to West Van for an art show and went to Lao Cai for lunch: Chinese restaurant featuring Shaanxi-style snacks and hot pot.
We had cumin lamb with hand pulled noodles, cucumber salad, and pan fried dumplings. It was soooo good!
I want to go for dumpling happy hour!
