This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

We have lots more to do behind the scenes and front of house to get things ready for everyone.
One thing we were able to do is say "yes" to everyone that requested travel support as part of their CFP submission.
We're still juggling budget to see if we can get some more folks in person.
