We’ve had Judge Luttig on numerous times as you mentioned. He wrote an amicus brief to the Supreme Court on this. We agreed with him. Unfortunately, the Supreme Court disagreed with us and ruled differently. They said the onus is on Congress to declare him an insurrectionist. Not gonna happen.
