This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

If it's in the parent tree then it _should_ be possible to reference keyframes from that paren tree inside ::part().
It does so in WebKit, but not in Blink :(
