I posted the prompt I used to one shot Claude for a 4m arr customers performance problem (yeah it sucked) complaint at work and I got roasted for saying please and thank you to the agent. But now 4m arr customer is happy and I feel fine. It’s nice to be important but it’s more important to be nice
