Absolutely. In the case of a Federal Electiotn all records must be kept for 22 months, multiple sections of U.S.C. 18 and U.S.C. 42, set out a wide variety of Election Fraud including paying people to register to vote. Hopefully Dems are quieting looking at the 2024 election data.
