This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

Excellent video. The reason I mostly use Discover feed by default tho is what you addressed as an issue for 'following' feeds on YouTube - some people churn out 15x more content than others, and I still want to see some of it, but I wouldn't be upset if I skip some.
