This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

I think the pit of success largely comes from the compiler, which also encourages developers to use correct patterns. Everything is possible in Apollo, but it’s manual and you have to know what it is / that it exists in the first place.
