I always try to time the worst of it for bedtime. Usually that's about 8-12 hours from the shot for me, so if I go morning I'm feeling kinda poopy by bedtime, take an advil, sleep through a lot of it and leave the advil on the nightstand for middle of the night if I wake up and too fevered or sore.
