This is a story about why I don’t put my suitcase in the trunk of strange cars.
It’s 1997. I live near Capitol Hill and commute to work near Dupont Circle via the metro. I have an evening flight after work & I opt to take a taxi instead of lugging my suitcase onto a rush hour train.
