This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

I'd like to believe this, but I lack that faith in the fact that incentives will align (or how long it'll take, and how disruptive it'll be). Universities are slow moving beasts, and their own incentives lately haven't necessarily coincided with "what would be best from an educational standpoint."
