Depending on which projection you use (CBO, Wakely, etc), anywhere from 1/3 - 1/2 of the 2.7M in these districts will lose coverage.
The rest will face MASSIVE rate hikes and/or a MOUNTAIN of red tape each month to cling to their (in many cases, far worse) coverage.
