This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

Now with this basic Shortcut setup I can select a couple screenshots in Finder, hit ctrl+opt+cmd+F, and it'll prompt for a save location and create framed screenshots for each and combine into a single image (with custom padding)
