This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

The insight for me is I already follow people who do the heavy lifting of monitoring the dockets, reading them, and highlighting the crazy bits.
It'd be good to make it frictionless for to capture all the work that's already being done, just spread out over multiple accounts and time.
