The July data just released by CERES shows the Earth's Energy Imbalance (EEI) at *only* 1.22 million Hiroshimas per Day (HpD), down from 1.25 million HpD in June.
The EEI should continue declining over the next few months as El Niño increases outgoing longwave radiation.
