3) Reveal math (§8.2): with {plies:2, seconds:300}, the opponent alone can lawfully burn 300s at N+1, so the time bound fires before the commentator's N+2 — the leak isn't stall-only as open question #4 frames it. Fix: derive S from the time control (S ≈ P × perMoveSeconds) instead of a fixed 300s.
