Judge Jennifer Mascott was confirmed to serve Delaware on the Third Circuit. We already knew she wasn’t a Delawarean; apparently, she’s also a judge uninterested in her ethical obligations.
We deserve better, and I am exploring all options including making a formal complaint to the Third Circuit.
