This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

Grrr. I was considering options to upgrade the 1050Ti in my silent desktop, but nothing was compelling (mostly as Nvidia don't do a 75W card any more).
