This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

I actually have had the pleasure of working with a figma designer who does it right (and not just @jackwatson.design!) but I bet both would agree that even "correct" figma designs shouldn't just be exported as a website.
