This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

15 years ago, there was arguably a lot of value in the app store (maybe even enough to justify the giant cut for tooling, payments, etc) but clearly the world has moved on, and app distribution, trust, payments, etc are so much more evolved; the idea of a gatekept store is just icky
