Applesauce.
When I was a child, I had severe asthma, and my parents would give me my medication in applesauce. (We both knew they were doing it, it was just the best choice for a kid who couldn’t swallow pills.) basically Ruined applesauce for me for 30 years, and I still struggle with it today.
