This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

I've seen a bunch of different outlines for how to structure React applications and frankly; lots of them suck.
After lots of experimentation I thought up how LRS is outlined here and wanted to document it for my new team.
